If no reasonable wiring correction, adapter, configuration, software, accessory or alternative solution can resolve the mismatch—and we confirm that our original compatibility assessment was incorrect—the following remedy applies under our published Return and Refund Policy:
You do not need to pay to send the incompatible product back internationally.
You may keep or dispose of the product after we confirm the applicable remedy.
We refund the eligible product purchase price to the original payment method, including PayPal when PayPal was used.
