Warehouses & cut-off
- CN main warehouse: Mon–Sat dispatch; daily cut-off 16:00 (UTC+8).
- EU/US transit hubs: for relabel and local last-mile (not walk-in pickup points).

ETAs reflect historical averages. Customs inspection, holidays, or weather may extend delivery.
Shipping fees & remote surcharge
- Checkout live quote: price depends on destination, weight, and volumetric size.
- Remote area: if flagged by carrier, we’ll confirm a surcharge or suggest an alternate address.
- Combined/split shipments: we may split items to improve ETA or reduce clearance risk; each parcel gets its own tracking ID.
Tracking milestones
Customs, duties & Incoterms
- Incoterms: default DAP (unpaid duties). During specific promos or lanes, we may offer DDP (duties paid); clearly labeled on product/checkout pages.
- Tax responsibility: under DAP, import duties/VAT are collected by carrier or customs from consignee.
- Documents & HS code: commercial invoice + HS code attached; some countries (BR/TR/IN…) require ID/tax numbers.
- Compliance: we do not support under-declared values or misclassification.
Address format & prohibited destinations
- Complete address: full name, street + house/apt, city, state/province, postal code, country, and a local phone.
- Not supported: PO Boxes/APO/FPO; carrier-prohibited or sanctioned regions.
- Address changes: free before dispatch; after pickup, subject to carrier policy and potential reroute fees.

Packaging & arrival checklist
All devices use impact-resistant cartons, multi-layer foam, and separated accessory bags. Screen corners receive extra padding.
Arrival checklist
- Record an unboxing video from start to finish
- Verify all accessories and serial number
- Bench-test the device before dash installation
- Keep outer carton and foam until testing passes
If anything is missing or damaged, report within 48 hours.
Insurance, lost & misdelivery SOP
- Carrier liability: basic insurance included; extended coverage available for high-value orders.
- Status “Delivered” but not received: contact carrier and us within 24h; provide door-cam or neighbor/concierge info. We’ll request GPS drop-point verification.
- Loss determination: after carrier conclusion, we proceed with reshipment or refund (typically 5–10 business days).
Split shipments, pre-order & cancellation
- Split shipments: used to improve ETA or reduce clearance risk. Each parcel is tracked separately.
- Pre-order items: estimated dispatch week shown on product page; mixed orders default to split dispatch.
- Cancellation: full refund before dispatch; after dispatch, use the 7-day returns process.
Holidays & force majeure
Peak seasons (e.g., Lunar New Year, Golden Week, Black Friday/Cyber Week, Christmas/New Year) increase line-haul and clearance load. Allow extra buffer for gifts or booked installations. Extreme weather, flight cancellations, or customs checks can delay delivery.
Battery & DG compliance
- Most devices ship without standalone lithium batteries; if included (e.g., remote cells), we follow carrier and IATA rules with limited routes.
- If a destination restricts certain components, we’ll propose alternatives or refund.
